CASC (UK): £1,096 (PMPT Trainees and Affiliates), £1,218 (Non-PMPT Trainees and Affiliates).
CASC (Singapore): £1,422 (PMPT Trainees and Affiliates), £1,580 (Non-PMPT Trainees and Affiliates).
