3. Cancellation by the User

Before Service Commencement

• If you request cancellation before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

• Administrative or processing fees may be deducted.

After Service Commencement

Once any of the following has occurred, refunds are not guaranteed:

• Mentoring sessions have started

• Evaluation or assessment has begun

• Documents have been reviewed

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

• Mentoring sessions already conducted

• Exam preparation materials accessed or downloaded

• Completed evaluations or assessments

• Administrative or registration-related services

5. Exam Results and Outcomes

• Refunds are not provided for:

  • Exam failure

  • Unsuccessful certification outcomes

  • Registration or licensing decisions by third-party bodies

• Meds Solution UK does not guarantee success in any exam, certification, or professional recognition.

6. Cancellation by Meds Solution UK

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a service if:

• There is a breach of our Terms & Conditions

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided

• Circumstances beyond our control arise

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be determined at our discretion.

7. Payment Method and Refund Processing

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method where possible

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer)

• Any third-party transaction fees are non-refundable

8. Right to Withdraw (UK Consumers)
